Welcome to Leap Log! Leap Log ("we," "us," or "our") provides its services to you ("user," "you," or "your") subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and using the Leap Log iOS application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge and agree to these TOS.

1. Use of Service

   a. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these TOS, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.

   b. Account Registration: To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

   c. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Prohibited Activities

   You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium; (ii) using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes; (iii) accessing the Service through automated means; (iv) using the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages; (v) infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others; (vi) harassing, abusing, or harming another person or group; or (vii) engaging in any unlawful activities while using the Service.

3. Content

   a. User Content: You are solely responsible for all data, information, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials ("Content") that you upload, post, publish, or display via the Service.

   b. Rights to Content: By posting Content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Service and Leap Log's business.

4. Intellectual Property

   The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Leap Log and its licensors.

5. Termination

   We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the TOS.

6. Limitation of Liability

   In no event shall Leap Log, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Disclaimer

   Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Governing Law

   These TOS shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

   We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these TOS at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
